There is Parking available directly off Thomas Circle. The garage door is directly after you round the circle. If you pass the building, you’ve gone too far.

About this event
Join Carmela and the residents of Thomas Circle for a wicked good time! It's two days before Halloween so wearing costumes is optional but would be a lot of fun. Be creative!
