Application
Every volunteer must complete and sign a Volunteer Application and a Volunteer Release Form. Due to the sensitive nature of the release form, please don’t return the forms by email. After receiving the forms, you will be contacted by the Coordinator about next steps. For any questions, please email: volunteer@dupontcirclevillage.net.

Current Volunteers
Volunteer hours should be submitted at the time you have completed a task, or no later than the first Saturday of each month following any month in which you provide volunteer services, whether in behalf of a member or to Dupont Circle Village. We use a user-friendly program called Track it Forward, which allows the volunteers to submit their hours themselves.

Volunteer Out-of-Pocket Reimbursements

The Village reimburses volunteers for out-of-pocket expenses incurred while volunteering. Please use this form: Volunteer Reimbursement Form
