As we age, our thirst diminishes, making proper hydration crucial for seniors. This seminar will provide valuable insights on how to maintain optimal hydration. Older adults, especially those with chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and kidney disease, require tailored nutrition to manage their health effectively.

You will learn how to:

  • Enhance your nutrition to support bone and muscle health;
  • Control blood sugar;
  • Reduce inflammation; and
  • Minimize the risk of related complications.

Neelam Singh will teach you how to optimize hydration through optimal nutrition and enhance our nutrition to support bone and muscle health.

Neelam is a Certified Holistic Health and Functional Nutrition Coach and Yoga Teacher with over ten years of experience. She empowers individuals to take charge of their well-being through natural solutions using whole foods, gentle yoga practices, and mindful breathing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computers & Information Systems from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Honors) from the University of Delhi.
