Who doesn’t like chocolate? Where’s it from originally? Was chocolate the food of the gods or mere mortals? What are its uses (besides pleasing our palates)? How is it grown and processed? What exactly is “artisan” chocolate?

Find out this and more at the next DCV Sunday Soup Salon. Our featured guest will be the owner of the Chocolate House on 18th Street. Lynn Lewis will host this gathering; Caroline Mindel, our usual co-host, will be out of the country.  Offers of soup, bread, dessert or drinks are welcome but not necessary to attend. Please coordinate with Lynn.
