The end of season meeting will be a special, exciting time: it will be a light dinner meeting in a private area at the Bistro Bistro Restaurant and will focus on discussing French food and Restaurants. The Chef will come out of the kitchen and discuss with us, in FRENCH, French cooking, how he happened to come here to Bistro Bistro, and the major difference he perceives between French and American food, cooking and restaurant customs. We hope everyone will be able to make this special, end of the season meeting! Please feel free to bring, anyone who will enjoy the food and discussion and let me know who is coming by May 16 so that I can reserve the places at the Restaurant. * Note, each person will be responsible for paying for their own meal and drinks. There is a very large and tempting French menu with a variety of prices from low to medium. The regular French Challenge meetings will resume in September.
